If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, easily triggered, mentally busy, or not quite like yourself lately, this session is for you.
This small in-person group combines guided subconscious work with crystal bowl sound to help calm your nervous system and realign internally.
You’ll be guided into a relaxed state where you can safely look at the emotional patterns and stress responses that may be running automatically in your life. These are the reactions, beliefs, and tension responses that often shape how we respond without realizing it. You’ll be supported in noticing what feels out of balance and gently shifting your relationship to those patterns.
You’ll then rest while crystal bowls and subtle grounding tones support nervous system settling and integration, allowing the work to settle into your body.
This is a contained and supportive group space. There is no pressure to share. You move at your own pace and remain in control of your experience.

Are currently experiencing severe mental health distress or active crisis
Have a history of psychosis or untreated severe psychiatric conditions
Are experiencing active trauma symptoms requiring clinical support
Have a pacemaker or implanted medical device
Have a seizure disorder or severe sound sensitivity
